We’ll hear you out.What You’ll Be Doing:Answering customer calls, emails and live chats with the enthusiasm of someone who just found the last sausage roll at a bakery.Guiding customers through our mighty outdoor machinery range like a true legend (chainsaws, generators, and more!).Processing orders on our NETO e-commerce system (it’s easier than assembling IKEA furniture).Assisting with the smooth running of our operations.Troubleshooting customer queries like a detective solving the case of the missing lawnmower blade.What We’re Looking For:Top-notch customer service skills (you’re the type who can charm socks off… metaphorically).Strong computer skills (you’ll need to tango with emails, live chats, spreadsheets, and order systems).Organizational superpowersA willingness to dive into our product range and learn the difference between a chainsaw and a leaf blower.A mechanical background? Bonus points! (But no worries if you don’t—there’s plenty of time to learn).When You’ll Work:Monday to Friday with rotating start and finish times between 7.30 am and 4.30 pm (because variety is the spice of life).What You Need to Know:We’re big on trust, which is why we’re an approved trader with the Australian Border Force.
