Auslan skills are preferred to communicate with our deaf and deafblind clients.We are looking for experienced disability support workers who take a person-centered approach when supporting people with disability.In this role, you will be providing active support to clients within their home and their community to develop skills, independence, and friendships. As this is a deafblind service, skills communicating with Auslan and non-verbal clients is preferred.You will be supporting and encouraging our clients to participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests, and goals set within their NDIS support plans.The role can be incredibly rewarding as you are an integral part of their journey towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.Skills and experience required to be successful in this role: Female staff preferredAvailable for one of the following lines.
