This role has a dual focus that will require the production of estimates and quotations for corrective, reactive and project works and also providing contract support where required to the Account Director and Contract Teams. Here's a snapshot of your day - Process timesheets, expenses, manage sickness reporting - Review any defect reports, produce quotations on planned, reactive and corrective maintenance - Ordering of materials/ parts/ PPE - Scheduling maintenance visits with both technicians and contractors. - Assist with contract reviews and monthly reporting - Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems. - Ensure supplier management reviews take place and are recorded. - Create purchase orders, raise extra works jobs - Attend weekly finance meeting with contract management - Raise sales invoices and assist with month end financial reporting. About you: - Higher educational qualifications or degree - Excellent PC based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance level. - 3 years' experience in a similar role with managerial experience - Experience in fire maintenance and estimation What's in it for you?
