About the Opportunity
Fairfield Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Midwife Specialist to join our Lactation Support team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive breastfeeding support and education to new mothers and their families.
The successful candidate will have advanced clinical skills in lactation management, a passion for maternal and newborn care, and the ability to lead best practices in breastfeeding support across the hospital. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care, contributing to positive health outcomes for both mothers and infants.

What You'll be Doing
The Clinical Midwifery Specialist Grade 2 will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person-centred specialist care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
