What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ Selling EPS waffle pods to steel reinforcement companies, concrete suppliers, and related industries. ✔ Managing and strengthening existing customer relationships. ✔ Developing new business opportunities and securing long-term clients. ✔ Providing expert advice on the benefits and applications of waffle pods in construction. ✔ Creating and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence. ✔ Negotiating contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies. ✔ Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Must have industry experience – ideally from a steel reinforcement, concrete, or construction materials background. ✔ Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in the construction industry. ✔ Strong understanding of steel reinforcement, estimation, or construction processes. ✔ Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. ✔ Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
