You will ensure the safe, timely, and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality projects such as roadworks, bridges, and structural builds. Initially, you will assist in our Ground Transport Consolidation Project, which involves the construction of a six-level multi-storey car park (MSCP), a multi-modal transport interchange (MMTI) on the ground floor of the MSCP, and road and pedestrian reconfiguration at Terminal 1 and 2.Reporting to Our Superintendent, You Will Be Trusted To:Lead assigned project sections to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Prepare 4-week look-ahead programs and collaborate on project-wide scheduling.Monitor financial outcomes, drive cost controls, and forecast monthly expenditures.Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contract obligations.Champion Georgiou’s safety culture by implementing HSEQ plans and fostering a zero-harm environment.Mentor teams, set performance goals, and improve productivity to meet targets.What You’re Good At:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on earthworks, road pavement, underground services, and large-scale infrastructure projects in live operational environments.Project Supervision: Proven ability to oversee underground services, pavement construction, and bulk earthworks.Crew & Contractor Management: Strong leadership in coordinating diverse construction teams, including labourers, drainers, road builders, and utility contractors.
