As a first-of-its-kind service, we will listen, learn and share best practice with others.Location: WREN Hospital in the Home service based at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road, MelbourneRemuneration: Salary range: $48.48 to $55.40 per hour (as per current Ramsay Health Care Victoria Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2023) + super + higher qualification allowance if applicable.Responsibilities:This position will work within Wren's Hospital in the Home service as a psychologist, providing evidence-based psychological group and individual interventions to participants admitted to this service.Work collaboratively with participants, their networks, and multi-disciplinary team members to provide effective short-term interventions to participants at Wren with complex presentations.Facilitate groups with participants at Wren.Conduct home visits.Support opportunities for quality improvement and service development at Wren.Contribute to the ongoing learning and professional development of the Wren team.About YouTo be successful in this role you'll bring with you:A strong passion for safe best practice & quality care.Commitment to patient-centred care delivery & advocacy.Enthusiasm, compassion & ability to work collaboratively.Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology preferable).General Registration as a Psychologist.
