Gorgeous old pubs showcase up and coming musicians and artists; and old-world parks and greenspaces host markets, arts, and live music events, as well as international motorsport racing events.About The RoleAs the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery Director – reporting to the Director Cultural and Community Services, the role is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the Gallery consistent with the vision of achieving the objective of being a “Premier Inland Centre of Culture and Creativity” as outlined in the Bathurst Regional Cultural Vision 2036.The role will be diverse including both the artistic and operational leadership of the Gallery as well as the care and development of the Gallery’s permanent collection. A significant focus of both the position and the Gallery is driving community initiatives to enable the best possible cultural, social and economic benefits all whilst leading a highly dedicated team to deliver excellence in customer service.About YouThis is truly a one-of-a-kind role within the NSW Arts sector.You will be a seasoned arts professional and personality with a true passion for promoting regional arts and achieving quality outcomes for the community of Bathurst.
