Launch Recruitment are working closely with a large, well know financial service client on a new strategic delivery role within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Protection domain.
Within this role you will be a part of the Cyber Transformation and Delivery Team which is driving a proactive transformation across the business.
This role will encompass 4 key areas: Privileged Access Management Program, Secrets Management Project, DLP Transformation and the Threat Prevention Service Uplift.
This domain focuses on driving engineering transformation to increase automation and reduce risk.
The Strategic Delivery Lead for the Privileged Access and Protection domain will develop and maintain the strategic roadmap and provide the 'strategy to execution' capabilities to deliver the target outcomes.
You will be responsible for the strategic leadership across Cyber and Technology teams, management and execution, and fostering teamwork and stakeholder alignment.
As part of this role you will implement 90 day cycles to ensure success across a variety of projects/programs.
This is a new role within the business where this person will carry the strategic delivery culture across various teams, programs of work and the business.
Responsibilities A seat on both the PAM and Protection, and Cyber Delivery leadership teams.
Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap, and provide the 'strategy to execution' capabilities to deliver the target outcomes.
Delivery – operate via a 2 in a box model with Cyber LT rep and their Product Owner/s, jointly responsible for outcomes Governance – adopt Portfolio Delivery Standards and ensure ongoing compliance.
Implement best practice delivery methods.
Prioritisation – Facilitating the strategic alignment and prioritisation of work.
Maintain investment backlog Demand & Resource Management – Manage resources across projects and supply versus demand.
Performance Monitoring – Monitor and report on performance, regular status updates to stakeholders.
Escalate issues early and drive action.
Continuous Improvement – Using quarterly retros, Identify lessons and apply to next 90 day cycle.
Planning – prepare / maintain roadmap with milestones to achieve North Star Cyber Product Outcomes.
Prepare investment proposals 90-day cycles – facilitate 90 day planning, delivery, celebration and retrospective cycles Portfolio Steering – support the successful operation, governing delivery of outcomes Stakeholder engagement – co-design Programs and deliver via handshakes with BU, Engineering and Account stakeholders Requirements 10+ years in Cyber Security, Information Security and/or Product/Program Management with recent exposure to building and/or operating enterprise-wide Cyber/IT services Experience within large financial service institutions is a preference Proven Strategy to Execution experience, within PAM, Identity, or Cyber threat.
Proven expertise with Project Management disciplines including strategic planning, securing stakeholder commitment, best practice Ways of Working, granular tracking and timely blocker removal.
Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environment.
Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
