Introduction
Brunel Australasia is currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science, technology, and innovation. They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a minimum of six months.
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
1. Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline preferred;
2. Knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle;
3. Knowledge of the State/Territory based employment-related laws with respect to long service leave and workers' compensation;
4. Experience with HR policies, procedures and protocol development, and related employment driven matters;
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, reliability and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making, presentation, and project management;
6. Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.
