Please note this position is also being advertised as a Clinical Lead - Allied Health Professional (528724d) position and only one position will be filled on merit.We are looking for clinicians with an interest in eating disorders who are innovators and have a passion for delivering quality care to join our Tasmanian Eating Disorder Service (TEDS) team.The Role:As part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Services Principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies.The Clinical Lead - Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN Grade 6) will provide high level support to the TEDS Manager, within the South, in the provision of:Leadership and direction in the strategic development and management of a comprehensive multidisciplinary community mental health team.Effective management of specified human and physical resources.Leadership, direction and change management to facilitate the progression of the current Mental Health Service Strategic Plan through the implementation of the associated model of care, and relevant service policies, procedures and guidelines.Optimal clinical processes and individual client outcomes.Enhanced consumer and carer participation at all levels of the service.Details of appointment: Registered Nurse Grade 6Permanent full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum.
