Base Salary of $99,455 + 17% superannuation

As the Project Officer, you will support the Education Manager and Education Designers across a number of initiatives aimed at Indigenising and Decolonising Curricula. This will include providing administrative and project support, coordinating events and workshops, and sourcing educational materials.
This is an exciting opportunity to create real change to the curriculum. No two days will be the same as your work will be guided by the needs of academics throughout the year and their differing course contents.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Work in a cohesive and collaborative team environment reporting into the Education ManagerWork with team members to build new project plans related to Indigenising CurriculaEngage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditional knowledge holdersProvide administrative support to the Education Manager and Education DesignersRun smaller scale projects, i.e., sourcing educational materials from internal and external sourcesManage communications with professional and academic stakeholders across the UniversityAbout you Tertiary qualifications or equivalent working experienceDemonstrated experience providing administrative and/or project supportExperience working within the education sector would be highly regardedProficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, with SharePoint skills highly regardedStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholdersAbility to take initiative with a problem-solving mindsetSponsorship / work rights for Australia Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This role requires valid work rights for Australia.
