Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operators:
1. Operate construction equipment, including excavators, backhoes, and loaders
2. Assist with site preparation, excavation, and backfilling
3. Perform basic equipment maintenance
4. Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations
5. Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently
Labourers:
1. Assist with general construction tasks, including digging, trenching, and site clean-up
2. Support operators with groundworks and manual labour tasks
3. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
4. Follow site safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
5. Work closely with the team to complete projects on time
What We’re Looking For
1. Operators must have relevant certifications/tickets for machinery operation (e.g., excavator, loader)
2. Previous experience in civil construction or general labouring (preferred but not essential)
3. Strong understanding of site safety and environmental standards
4. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
6. Must have own transport and be reliable
7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
