As a result of their successes, the opportunity for a Store Customer Service Manager to join their business now exists for their NSW Central Coast business. This role will see you join an existing Management Team and oversee customer service operations which in turn includes employee and store management.
Your background will see you having a current work history at a senior level for the likes of a quick-service Restaurant chain, Bakery, Supermarket or Retail Cakeshop. Additionally you will also require the following skills outlined in the following essential criteria:
* Current or previous experience at a Senior level in a food retail or quick-service restaurant operation
* A motivating and self-starting attitude
* A professional presentation and attitude in upholding a high standard of customer service
* A current drivers license and reliable transport
* The capacity to work across a 7 day roster as necessary
* Food Safety Supervisor qualification
