THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Gold Coast, Queensland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and managing potential sales leads, facilitating the purchase of Simonds homes from initial enquiry to issue of contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Facilitating the sale of new homes and generating new sales networks to increase sales opportunities
* Maintaining the day-to-day running of the display home, ensuring it is presentable at all times
* Supporting strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 12 months experience in a similar property sales or commercial, industrial, or retail leasing role
* Strong sales experience, preferably in new home sales or similar
* Experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
* Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation in your approach to work
* Ability to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
* Understanding of delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse customer group
* Solid IT literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
* Knowledge of SalesForce and access to a motor vehicle are highly desirable
