About the Role: Oversee and manage quality assurance and operational compliance, emphasising AN-ACC funding, quality indicators, and serious incident reporting to ensure the highest standards of care. Lead and inspire teams across Leisure & Lifestyle, Hospitality Services, and Maintenance & Grounds, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide expert support in managing complex clinical cases, addressing high-level complaints, and resolving incidents effectively and compassionately. Champion quality improvement initiatives, actively engage in audits, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures in alignment with the National Aged Care Reform Agenda. Ensure accurate and efficient management of clinical, financial, and workforce documentation, upholding the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality. About you: We're seeking a professional who prioritises quality assurance and operational excellence over direct clinical practice, with the skills and passion to lead and elevate standards in aged care services. A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, with a focus on quality management in aged care. Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions. Up-to-date vaccination certification in line with legislative requirements. A valid, unrestricted Australian driver's license to support flexible and reliable mobility.
