About us: The EyeClinic Albury-Wodonga is a specialist ophthalmology practice that has been providing accessible, high quality, comprehensive eye care to people in our Border region for over 60 years. Our clinic’s setting is modern and dynamic with a diverse range of eye specialists including general, retinal, and paediatric.
The Role: We are excited to welcome an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated administrative team. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, with the possibility of extending or reviewing the role at the end of the contract. The position offers flexibility, with the option to work either 4 days per week (32 hours) or 5 days per week (38 hours).

* Previous experience in a medical/allied health/optometry setting
* Medical software experience

Key responsibilities would include:
* Attendance and discharge of patients
* Management of patient records and data
* Patient billing
* Manage patient and other health care provider enquiries
* Excellent telephone skills
* Prioritising confidentiality at all times
The successful applicant will be working within a friendly, passionate, and professional team of 16 who pride themselves on excellence in patient care and customer service.
