Purpose of the role: The OTC Business Manager is responsible for driving sales through ensuring strong relationships with OTC Wholesalers, and other key distribution channels. The role involves managing new and existing clients through strategic planning and delivering on sales objectives. The candidate could be based out of Armidale or surrounding region. Key Responsibilities: Drive and achieve sales growth through relationships with new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OTC Wholesalers, and other key distribution channels. Recognize new opportunities for sales growth and deliver sales objectives and KPIs. Update CRM daily with accurate data and reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the National OTC Business Manager and customer service teams to ensure exceptional service to customers. Provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the National OTC Business Manager. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the National OTC Business Manager. Participate in quarterly sales meetings and manage the sales budget for the assigned state. Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Animal Science, Vet Nurse or within the Veterinary discipline. Knowledge and Experience: Previous Sales experience in areas related to animal health. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role. Well-developed skills in negotiating, influencing and establishing collaborative relationships. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
