About the Role: As Head of New Projects, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing high-value projects, from acquisition through design, marketing, and sales, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results aligned with market demand. Your expertise will guide our developers, while mitigating risk and driving growth. This is a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of our New Projects division. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, acquire, and secure new projects that align with our prestigious brand. Develop and nurture a pipeline of opportunities and build strong relationships with developers. Lead new business pitches and drive the growth of the new projects arm. Project Management & Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between developers and internal teams, ensuring seamless marketing, sales, and project execution. Foster relationships with stakeholders, investors, and community leaders to maximize project success. Financial Management: Lead the formulation of the annual business plan and manage the P&L. Identify revenue optimization opportunities and ensure targets are met. Leadership & Performance Management: Lead a high-performance, cross-functional team including sales, marketing, and administration. Provide coaching, performance reviews, and develop sales strategies to ensure targets are achieved. Marketing & Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that elevate the brand and support project success. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize impact.
