About the company: My client is a well-known and established volume builder in Victoria, who build approximately 1,200 homes each year. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a customer service professional to join their evolving team. The Role: Manage the pre-site process: Managing a large client portfolio, incl approvals and reporting Liaise with new and existing clients throughout the sale and pre-construction Be responsible for the application of both town planning and occupany permits Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met Facilitate developer approvals as required Maintain a exceptional level of customer service To be successful you will need: An emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach 2 years of pre-site coordination experience Advanced technical knowledge and skills An end to end understanding of the permit application process A strong work ethic and the ability to multi task What's in it for you?
