Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at North Ryde on a Permanent Full-Time basis!
We are seeking multiple Customer Solution Agents to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between 6am- 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rotation as overtime.
Your day will involve;
1. Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
2. Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
3. Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
4. Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
What are we looking for?
5. Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
6. Punctual, professional and reliable team members that look forward to joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
7. Enthusiasm and customer focused individuals that are willing to be an integral part of a busy contact centre team
8. Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
9. Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring customers are provided exceptional customer service
10. Computer literacy
