* Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an Italian kitchen.
* Detailed knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine, particularly pasta, main dishes, desserts, and wood-fired pizza.
