Focus of the Role Our Sales People are the face of Beaumont Tiles, providing friendly, expert service and advice to our Retail, Trade & Commercial Customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be working in a hands-on role achieving customer satisfaction and reaching sales targets for the store. Main Areas of Responsibility Generate Sales Actively sell the entire range of products and services at targeted margins Follow up quotes & enquiries in a timely manner Upsell and cross-sell products where opportunities are identified Customer Service Excellence Ensure EVERY customer has the most outstanding customer experience EVERY time Actively engage with customers as they enter the store. Efficient follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction guarantee is achieved. Product Knowledge Develop a detailed knowledge of the entire product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone and trade product range). To keep abreast of product and market trends on a day-to-day basis to support being an expert adviser to your customer. Administration Duties Process sales transactions and keep customer notes and details. Keep accurate records for clients and customers. Point of sale transactions. About You Punctual, reliable and committed! Retail Sales Expertise Proven experience in a retail sales role. Meeting sales budgets and store targets. Customer Focus A continual focus on the needs and expectations of customers. Use understanding of customer needs as the basis for decision-making.
