This role is responsible for undertaking the identification, analysis and documentation of current and future state business processes and requirements within a complex Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment, to ensure the delivery of valued, integrated, and effective Infrastructure Technology Solutions. The role: Reporting to the Principal Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and analysing 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes models and business and solution requirements to ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure requirements are captured and addressed in the transition of the service from Project to Business as Usual whilst providing Business Analysis functions at the Program level, as and when required. Working with Project Managers, other Business Analysts in the team, and multiple client stakeholders, you are responsible for the elicitation and documentation of requirements to prepare project deliverables. Additionally, you will contribute to an effective client focused team and work collaboratively to initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience leading and performing business analysis activities within medium to large scale IM/ICT projects preferably in the health care industry. You will also have experience in capturing and analysing 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process models across large organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), eliciting and documenting business and digital infrastructure (hardware and software) requirement specifications, and strong stakeholder engagement experience. You will have knowledge of and the ability to provide advice on the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 3.0 (BABOK). You will have the proven ability to work within a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders including mentoring other business analysts within the organisation. Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a project environment is essential.
