About the role The eLearning Coordinator works within the CPA Training Team to provide high quality online learning opportunities. The Course Developer consults, reviews, updates, develops and implements contemporary and engaging online learning. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Collaborating and consulting with subject matter experts across the organisation to develop eLearning storyboards, review, update and design digital learning solutions. Reviewing, updating and developing modules using authoring tools (Articulate and Adapt) and working with an external developer to complete more complex online modules. Overseeing the management and development of a learning bites library, catalogue of digital assets and the production and development of videos. Ensuring digital learning products are quality and accessibility tested and implemented through our LMS (Moodle). Reviewing modules, using learning design principals to identify opportunities to improve the learner experience. Working with guidelines to ensure courses are current and aligned to brand, internal policy and statutory requirements. Providing resources and guidance to stakeholders, to help build their capacity to create digital assets. Working across a diverse range of topics.
