Hours of Work: Rotating 5-day roster, 76-hour fortnight
Laurent Bakery has always been driven by love and respect for the craft of French artisan baking and exists as a homage to the values of a village bakery.
In order to maintain our exceptional product standards, we are looking for fully Qualified Bakers, who have a strong background with hand moulding/mixing. You will be part of the team responsible for the preparation and baking of our traditional European & Artisan style breads.
As a Laurent Baker you will:
* Possess a love of baking
* 2+ years’ experience as a Qualified Baker
* Be willing to learn and excel in your profession
* Be familiar with a busy product output
* Have some knowledge of HACCP quality systems and be quality focused
* Ideally have experience machine operating
This role is pivotal in providing all our cafés and customers with the bread that has made Laurent Bakery famous, Australian wide.
