Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) Contract Length: 2+ monthsLocation: Hobart (free parking available)Hourly Rate: $33-35 per hour + superPart Time Temporary Contract: 16 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors, answer phones, manage emails, and handle inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude. Prepare and issue invoices, manage data entry tasks, and maintain accuracy in financial records. Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory to ensure resources are stocked and readily available. Reconcile transactions, maintain records, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations. Organise and maintain files, schedule meetings, and provide general office support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. About You: Experience in administration, reception, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Simpro would be ideal. Great communication skills: clear, professional, and able to interact effectively with clients and team members. A proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
