Job Description:
The Guest Services Officer is the first point of contact at our Healthy Living Centre in Cairns, providing professional customer service and front desk administration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide truly excellent customer service to clients and guests
* Answer and allocate calls, handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries
* Maintain a good working knowledge of the organisation and its services
* Administer front desk tasks such as mail handling and payment processing
Additional Duties:
* Efficiently manage bookings for Allied Health services
* Process check-in/check-out details for accommodation clients
* Operate and process payments for Allied Health clients and accommodation guests
