About the team Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Lead to join our Technology Delivery team in a full-time and permanent capacity. This role will report into the Delivery Excellence Manager. As the Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in assisting with the uplift of delivery excellence across the wider Technology function, building capability, implementing new standards and ways of working. Your key duties will include: Oversee the analysis, delivery, and effective roll out of prioritised initiatives to uplift delivery excellence. Ensure that all impacts are identified and accounted for in planning of delivery. Contribute to the identification of opportunities to meet the primary goals of Predictability and Productivity across Technology Delivery. Works closely with the Project Management Community, and other technology resources as required to ensure fit for purpose solutions and appropriate advocacy across the function. Works collaboratively with change management to deliver appropriate training and communications to successfully embed the changes. Identifies and manages risks, timeline and, where needed, resources required to deliver e.g. consultants and vendors. About you You are a problem-solver and passionate about driving best practices across project delivery, whilst ensuring quality standards are being met. In your toolkit you will have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Delivery role in the field of Information Technology such as Project Lead, Senior Business Analyst. Demonstrates a strong grasp of quality in delivery across the entire lifecycle (From Idea to Closure) and across different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). Proven ability to multi-task delivery execution in a dynamic and fast paced environment working with business, technology, and other departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to interact positively with a wide range of stakeholders. Proven experience on a wide range of projects such as software, infrastructure, LCM, etc. Highly collaborative team member, working as a team to achieve outcomes. Demonstrable experience in problem solving and analytical thinking. Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple con-current initiatives. Ability to influence and negotiate with various levels of stakeholders. Can use a range of Delivery Tools such as JIRA, Confluence and PPM Clarity What’s in it for you?
