The Opportunity
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of crews and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Plant Foreman/Supervisors and Crews
* Assist with job cost analysis and comparing bid vs. build for projects
* Assist in the preparation and queries of accurate tender processes and related documentation
* Provide timely documentation to customers, including SWMS, Toolbox Talks, and Service Records
* Organise and schedule works, including coordinating subcontractors, source and order materials
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance J&E Asphalt's reputation and foster strong working relationships
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the same or similar role
* A strong understanding of asphalt construction, including the ability to read plans and knowledge of specifications and applications
* Excellent written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Experience in maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
