Club Operations Manager - Brisbane North & Moreton Bay Join Front of House Team as a Club Operations Manager in one of our Northside clubs! Fitness Cartel is looking for a dynamic Club Operations Manager to take the reins of our front-of-house operations, customer service delivery, retail performance, and team leadership. About the Role As the Club Operations Manager, you'll lead the Cartel Concierge (reception) and Kids Cartel (creche) teams to ensure our members experience exceptional service every time they call or walk through our doors. Your leadership will energise our team and drive performance across key areas, including high-level customer interactions, retail sales, and customer retention. What You'll Do Customer Service Management: Handle cancellations, high-level queries, and debt collection to ensure our targets are met, maintaining the utmost professionalism. Front-of-House Excellence: Manage the front desk, including advertising, merchandising, and cleanliness, ensuring our club looks and feels welcoming. Retail & Inventory: Oversee inventory for supplements and beverages, motivate the team to hit retail targets, and keep the retail scoreboard updated. Team Leadership: Support, train, and supervise the Cartel Concierge team, ensuring we have a well-prepared team during peak hours and an exceptional service culture. Recruitment & Onboarding: Work with the Club General Manager to recruit, trial, and onboard new team members, building a passionate team from the ground up. Member Engagement: Address member complaints, guide team members in handling queries, and, when needed, lend a hand at the café. What We're Looking For Experience & Drive: 3+ years in customer service roles. Customer Focus: A natural relationship builder who thrives on helping others achieve their goals and consistently delivers outstanding service. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve issues and empower your team to overcome obstacles. Fitness Enthusiasm: A positive role model who embodies healthy values and loves the fitness industry. Computer Savvy: Confident in using systems and learning new tools.
