About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide quality medical care to patients in the Surgical Unit under the supervision and guidance of consultant medical staff. Supervise and advise junior medical staff and students attached to the Division of Surgery. Provide clinical and administrative support for Surgical Services undertaken in clinical units of the hospital. This PHO position is being established to provide surgical support to the new Surgical Rapid Assessment Unit (SRAU) at Logan Hospital.

* Provide guidance to Junior House staff, and to liaise with nursing staff and allied health professionals as clinically appropriate.
