You will utilise Service Management systems to ensure all service work is allocated to the Field Service Engineers (FSEs). This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Service Coordination Manager.You will be proactive in addressing all areas of the service activities, developing close working relationships with State Service Managers, Service Supervisors, Field Service Engineers, Sales team, and Customers.In this role you will be responsible for:Managing customer calls efficiently and effectively the first time, on time, and register them in the service management systemCreating service work orders as necessary (Preventative Maintenance, Breakdown, Validation, presales, etc.)Assigning, scheduling, and dispatching Field Services Engineers (FSEs) to assigned service orders based on the skills matrix/advice of the senior FSE and or State Service Manager / Service Coordination ManagerTime & Material (T&M) reactive quote creation, follow up on required Purchase OrdersCreation of Price Per Visit AgreementsWork In Progress jobs monitoring in the service management systemService order closure and invoicingFollowing up on all customer inquiries including invoicingSkills and Experience required:Previous experience in a Healthcare related environment is advantageousExperience within a service environment – highly desirableKnowledge of SAP – preferred not essentialTechnical acumen with the ability to work as an individual, and as part of a team.Able to set own priorities with good time management skillsAbility to take complete ownership of your work from end to endHaving a positive attitude and passion to be a team player is a mustIf you enjoy high levels of responsibility, love building strong interpersonal relationships, and are driven to achieve great results, we’d like to hear from you.
