Here's what you'll do...
* Lead the day-to-day front office operations and manage the front office team in the absence of the Rooms Division Manager.
* Engage and drive the team to ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience – each and every time.
* Maintain complete knowledge of all room types, the hotel matrix, and facilities.
* Inspire a work culture of care, encouraging genuine connections with guests and team.
* Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and a hospitable manner.
* Ensure the accommodation offering is delivered consistently and to the highest standard.
* Assist in creating a culture of exceptional guest experience.
* Maximize sales by encouraging and recommending the array of additional facilities and services at our property.
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth transitions across shifts.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role…
* Minimum 1-2 years experience at a luxury property within a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager role (essential).
* A passion for providing personalised and bespoke experiences for guests.
* Professional, charismatic, and absolutely guest-focused with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Team supervisory experience – the ability to assist the Rooms Division Manager in driving performance.
* Experience with end-of-day balancing and the ability to solve reconciliation problems.
* Solid experience with a PMS (Opera preferred).
* Unrestricted, valid Australian working rights.
* Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
