Deputy Vice-Chancellor or Pro Vice-Chancellor (Catholic Mission) Role
This key senior leadership role involves nurturing and advancing ACU's Catholic mission and identity across all university activities.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor or Pro Vice-Chancellor will be responsible for ensuring that Catholic values shape the university's academic and communal life, fostering a vibrant community of faith and inquiry.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience within Catholic higher education, religious organisations, or related settings.
They should have a deep understanding of Catholic mission, Catholic social teaching, and the educational mission of the Church in diverse settings.
A proven ability to inspire and integrate mission in diverse academic, social, and operational settings, supported by exceptional communication and pastoral skills, is essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
An advanced degree in theology, Catholic studies, or religious education, preferably at the PhD level, is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be an actively engaged Catholic (lay or cleric) with the capacity and experience to lead and inspire others to embrace ACU's mission.
