HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking skilled and passionate Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) for exciting opportunities in a dynamic and community-focused dental environment.

About the Role: Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week) and Full-Time roles available.
Work in modern, well-equipped mobile clinics designed with children in mind.
80% Therapy, focusing primarily on preventive treatments (70%) and restorative care (30%), and 20% Hygiene work.
Manage a variety of appointments including new patient exams, general maintenance, and restorative treatments.
Collaborate with a Dental Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations.
Contribute to patient care through detailed examination, treatment planning, and communication with parents/guardians.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, perform scaling, cleaning, and fluoride applications.
Administer preventive and restorative treatments, including fissure sealants, silver fluoride, and fillings.
Manage patient records, send post-operative instructions to parents, and handle treatment follow-ups.
Ensure mobile clinics are set up and packed down daily (start time at 7:45 AM, finish at 4:15 PM).
About You: Minimum 2 years' experience as an Oral Health Therapist.
Passionate about working with children and providing patient-centered care.
Confident in independent clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
A proactive communicator who values teamwork and continuous improvement.
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
