General Experience and Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Civil / Structural Engineering +1 years' post graduate experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft software Experience and knowledge of the Australian standards Large Process Plant experience – Unsupervised access (keeping self and others safe) Ability to find and apply applicable Australian Standards codes Ability to obtain and working towards RPEQ and CPENG qualifications Ability to access client sites – large volumes of stair and ladder access, confined spaces, working at height and wearing respirator (dust and chemicals) Engineering Ability to work independently under Lead Engineer supervision Ability to work as part of a team Strong communication skills to interact with clients and manage stakeholders Strong report writing skills Ability to adhere to tight delivery timeframes and manage own time and output Project Management Understanding of PMBOK principles and ability to apply them across small projects Experience managing projects up to $100k independently Software Experience Fluid Flow 3 – Mid level experience AMSE B31.3 Process Piping Design – Mid level experience AutoCAD 3D – Mid level experience Finite Element Analyses (FEA) – Mid level experience Space Gass – Basic understanding Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
