Your new role
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and manage the service team in Mackay, QLD. Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing service operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the customer service team.
* Ensure efficient and timely compressor servicing for customers.
* Oversee financials for the branch service operation, meeting budgetary goals
* Provide technical support to service technicians
* Drive business growth by developing the branch service operations
* Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and high-performance work environment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A trade qualification or relevant experience in mechanical or allied trade
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* CRM and SAP experience
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business software.
