We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our global logistics strategy. This pivotal role will ensure seamless operations, manage complex logistics networks, delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement to support the NAR's exciting and ambitious growth trajectory.Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, as a strategic leader, you’ll oversee supply chain planning and strategy across purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery while maintaining robust strategies to manage third-party performance, and regulatory compliance on a global and domestic scale.In this role, you will lead transformative projects, including new distribution center setups and system enhancements, while proactively mitigating supply chain risks such as capacity shortages or regulatory changes. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts with external providers, ensuring cost efficiency, and cultivating strong partnerships with vendors, carriers, and key stakeholders. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will mentor a high-performing team including our Purchasing, Shipping and Product Master Data functions (3 direct reports with an overall team of 7), monitor quality, service, and budget metrics, and provide leadership on logistics strategy and innovation to meet evolving business needs.What you’ll have:10+ years of experience in global logistics, managing end-to-end supply chain solutions.Broad industry knowledge of operations management, logistics, supply chain, and eCommerce fulfillment.A track record in leading transformation projects and implementing process improvements, cost reduction strategies and contract negotiations.Demonstrated success in leading warehouse/3rd party transitions and global logistics programs.Strong strategic and operational understanding of eCommerce and digital innovation projects.Advanced problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.Strong commercial and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Who you’ll be joining:Established in 2012, Nick Auditore Represents (NAR) has quickly become the partner of choice for American and domestic Sports Apparel brands for the Australia & New Zealand market.
