Grange Resources Limited is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for administering creditor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Accounts Clerk will play a key role in managing creditor accounts, processing invoices, and supporting various office administrative tasks.
Day to dayIn this role you will be responsible for:
Perform daily banking tasks and balance AUD transactions in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.Perform end-of-month procedures, including general ledger reconciliations and preparation of reports like aged trial balance.Who you areTo be successful in this role you have:
Excellent Organisational SkillsGood Communication SkillsAdvanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.Year 12 education with strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.Who we areWe're Grange Resources, Australia's oldest and most experienced magnetite producer - combining both mining and pellet production expertise. Based in northwest Tasmania, we own and operate Australia's largest integrated iron ore mining and pellet production business.
Grange holds long term supply contracts for one million tonnes of its annual production and offers the balance of its production to market via a spot sales tendering/contracting process.
Burnie Office is the Registered Head Office for the Grange organisation. Based in the Burnie central business district it is home to various business functions including Finance, IT, HR, and Environment.
