The role involves:
Providing trusted advice to clients to help them achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems & challenges
Assisting clients in making better business decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, by providing commercial insights and technical expertise
Adopting emerging technologies into the way you work
Leveraging our integrated offering and increasing your brand eminence
Coordinating with key project stakeholders including clients and other internal team members
Conducting sector research and assisting with the development of thought leadership
Coaching and developing junior colleagues
Requirements
Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, law or similar
Postgraduate academic qualifications such as a MBA or a Masters is highly regarded
Background in a consulting or corporate client-facing environment
Commercially focused and skilled in areas such as technology operations, financial due diligence, IT due diligence, operational due diligence, IT strategy, separation, carve outs, corporate M&A strategy, management consulting and strategy consulting
Ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously
Good understanding of the Australian market with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, business plan review, value creation, market assessment, business operations and technology operations
Experienced in producing reports to assist in decision making
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skills
