About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring the seamless management and execution of loan contracts, projects, and services. You will be responsible for overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting key stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations for loan agreements and services. · Respond to inquiries and resolve contract-related issues for both internal and external stakeholders. · Manage all paperwork and documentation associated with contracts, projects, and services provided. · Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal professionals, to ensure contracts align with business objectives. · Prepare and review submissions and reports related to Bizcap’s operations, contracts, and financial agreements. · Collect and analyse data associated with contracts and projects, reporting on key outcomes and efficiency metrics. What We’re Looking For ✔ At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. ✔ Attention to Detail – Strong ability to review and manage contracts with precision. ✔ Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve contract issues and improve processes efficiently. ✔ Communication & Collaboration – Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across teams. ✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office & contract management systems. ✔ Process-Oriented – Strong ability to optimise workflows and ensure contract compliance.
