As the Merchandise and Warehouse Supervisor at ImpactEight, you’ll lead the flow of donations that fuel our programs, supporting Dress for Success, Geared for Success, and Restyle Collective.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the receipting, sorting, and distribution of donations, ensuring high standards of quality.Lead and inspire a team of volunteers and staff, fostering a collaborative, positive environment.Coordinate our bi-monthly clearance sales and other event-based sales initiatives.Set up and maintain an organised, efficient warehouse that aligns with our mission and values.About YouYou bring together warehouse management experience with a passion for fashion. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with a diverse team, and are always ready to go the extra mile.
