Purpose As General Manager, you will take on the crucial task of overseeing and managing all daily operations on property, guaranteeing its seamless and profitable function. This position demands a keen focus on every department, requiring you to be actively engaged in operations and stakeholder management. Your leadership will shine through your actions as you guide, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of unwavering excellence. This is a fixed-term role to cover parental leave. Primary Responsibilities Manage all facets of the property including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service, and achievement of financial targets. Lead and develop your team to ensure the hotel's profitability and success. Drive changes and improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives. Create and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests, and regional shared services. Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximizing revenue and balancing expenses. Focus on recruiting and developing a team that is engaged in driving positive customer sentiment. Act as a liaison within the local community, representing Accor and fostering community engagement. Skills & Experience Demonstrate prior Operational, Hotel, or General Manager experience and a deep understanding across a range of departments and stakeholder management. Create environments where your team is encouraged and motivated to be their true selves each day. Display confidence in your ability to cultivate strong relationships, effectively address challenging situations, and implement solutions that enhance service quality. Experience and capability to drive financial growth through skillful and thoughtful strategy.
