The Opportunity:
As the Regional Wear Parts & Undercarriage Business Development Manager, your role will focus on enhancing Komatsu Australia’s market position and achieve financial growth through the GET and UC products. The role involves defining long-term strategic goals, developing business sales plans, fostering key customer and supplier relationships, establishing monthly forecast plan improvement initiatives, identifying business opportunities, facilitating negotiation and deal closure, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, marketing personnel, and managers is essential to expand sales opportunities and maximize revenue. The position also entails identifying, presenting, and winning new business opportunities within the GET and UC product domains, while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and positivity. Attendance at customer meetings to deliver presentations on solutions and services that align with or anticipate customer needs is also a critical aspect of the role.
