This role is key to providing consistent and responsive business support on HR matters.The P&C Coordinator will ensure our HR solutions and service delivery enables the business. The role is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations to ensure continuous, effective people support across the business.This is a part-time role therefore if you have been looking for a role that will allow you more flexibility we would love to hear from you.You will be reporting into the National People and Culture Manager.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law; and applying this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and available resources to the business for all level 1 and 2 queries.Assisting in developing new P&C processes, policy & programs to meet organizational needs. Including drafting new policies and procedures and training of relevant stakeholder groups to ensure consistency of application.Oversight and delivery of our Learning & Development curriculum and associated systems and processes.Recruitment: end to end coordination of the recruitment management process including onboarding management and global mobility.WHS implementation and compliance.Collectively working with the Payroll and HRIS Officer to update and maintain P&C records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is current, accurate, accessible and stored correctly.Collective working with the Payroll and HRIS Officer ensuring all onboarding and offboarding processes are completed effectively.We are looking for an experienced People and Culture Coordinator who has:Relevant tertiary degree in HR or associated discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role and or industry.WHS certified (desired) and experience coordinating all WHS activities.Experience managing L&D systems (onboarding and compliance modules).Experience in the end-to-end recruitment processes.Proficiency in multiple systems (HRIS, Recruitment platforms; HR Platforms and Tools). BambooHR experience ideal.Commitment to our Operating PrinciplesExceptional organizational skills, time management and project tracking abilities.High level of attention to detail in system administration skills and ability to maintain current and accurate information across multiple sources.Ability to work autonomously to deliver solutions-based resolutions regarding PC matters.Ability to work in an agile environment multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.Quality control, risk management & pragmatic approach to employee issues.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Why work with us?The business of creating a better urban experience is a complex one.
