Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist
This role oversees sales processes, data analysis, and implements effective strategies to streamline sales reporting and forecasting across the organisation.
The Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness and supporting Telstra Health's vision of a connected and improved digital health experience.
Key Accountabilities:
* Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and metrics to provide insights to sales leaders, helping them make informed decisions.
* Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to visualise performance metrics, sales (and revenue) trends, and other key performance indicators.
* Identify patterns and trends in sales data to improve sales forecasting accuracy and identify growth opportunities.
* Manage performance metrics to evaluate individual sales representative performance and overall team performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or sales enablement role, preferably in a complex enterprise sales environment.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
* In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies to sales teams and leadership.
