Our focus on natural play in a beautiful bush setting encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.Our RolesECT - Our ECT's Lead the way in Pedagogy, you will be in our 4/5yr age grouping, hold a Bachelor of Education and have qualified Diploma educators supporting you within the classroom environment.
You will be able to engage in quality professional development and work as a part of the UNA Kindy team engaging other services/ECT's to share the way to high level teaching practices.
UNA pays large bonuses for our Kindergarten Team along with 5 hrs.
weekly and additional end of term of the floor planning time.Lead Educators - As an UNA Lead Educator within the service you will lead the program and educators in one of the rooms.
You will be a responsible person of the service.
You can be either Diploma or Higher Qualified or studying towards your Diploma/Bachelor.
Our Lead Educators have 5 hrs off the floor time per week are engaged in multiple PD opportunities/training and are paid generous above award rates.Educators - As an Educator within the service you will support the different rooms or be allocated to one room with the needs of the role.
You can be studying towards your Certificate III, qualified or wanting to study towards your Diploma.What You NeedCertificate 3 in Early Childhood/Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education.Working towards Certificate CHC30121 Early Education and Care, achieved the Cert III or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.Proven experience as a Lead Educator - for the lead role.A nurturing, professional attitudeCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to complete during induction)Blue Card (Paid)Safe Sleeping, Child Protection, and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to complete during induction)Candidate ProfileWe are looking for passionate educators to work within our team to create exciting, warm, inclusive environments for children.
