This role requires a high degree of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy whist cultivating positive working relationships Tasks & Responsibilities * Accounts related tasks, both accounts payable and recievable * Reconciling transactions in Xero and ensuring all transactions have compliant support documentation * Liaising with customers to ensure a timely payment of invoices * Ensuring supplier invoices paid have internal purchas orders * Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to ensure invoices are correct * Reconciling Credit Card Transactions * General administration duties* Willingness to be trained in and perform any of the duties reasonable to the roleSkills & experience* Demonstrated Experience in Accounts payable tasks* Experience in Xero* Experience jobpac highly regarded * A high level of attention to detail and accuracy * Interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction from numerous stakeholders* Strong Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal) * Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment * Be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic * Excellent time management and attention to detail**Recent graduates will be considered for this role however the candiate must be able to work Full time Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm and have full working rights in Australia**Benefits & PerksA Full time Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm role Centrally located in Adelaide Stree Brisbane.
