We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Bundoora, helping us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional care.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
* We require our Registered Nurses to ensure compliance documentation is up to date and conduct comprehensive assessments.
* Supervising and supporting Care Assistants is also a key aspect of this role.
* Delivering training programs to upskill care staff is essential in maintaining our high standards.
* The coordination of high-quality, person-centred care based on client needs and available funding is critical to our success.
* In-home clinical services including care plan assessments, medication management, wound care, palliative care, chronic disease support, and diabetes management form a significant part of this role.
* Overseeing client budgets and ensuring services align with funding requirements is also a responsibility of this position.
* A prompt, solution-oriented approach to client concerns is essential in building trust and confidence.
* Managing and responding to client feedback and complaints in a professional manner is vital.
Skill and Qualification Requirements:
* AHPRA Registration or Enrolled Nurse with current registration is mandatory.
* A strong understanding of NDIS policies, frameworks, and standards is required.
* Experience in community nursing and care coordination is highly valued.
* A genuine passion for person-centred care is essential.
* Excellent documentation, communication, and technical skills are necessary for success in this role.
* An NDIS Worker Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) is a requirement.
* A registered vehicle and valid driver's licence are necessary for this position.
* Full work rights in Australia are required.
